Beacon requires experienced professionals from the Private, &lt;br /&gt;Public and Healthcare sectors. Successful Associate candidates will have;&lt;p /&gt;(i) Objective qualities;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;  &lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; Relevant qualification (degree or equivalent work experience).&lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; Private sector is at long last showing some signs of activity but we are comparing this to a very low level for most of this year.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;We would anticipate at least another 6 months of relatively poor sector activity but gaining in strength over the period.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a
