Beacon Web Site....plus LinkedIn

The Beacon Interim Management web site has had an over haul.

Navigation should now be much clearer and a lot of unnecessary pages have been removed.

You will also find that we are now taking an active role in LinkedIn. If you are an Interim Manager then do please join us. LinkedIn will form an important commercial and communications tool for Beacon in the coming months.

Interim market update

We have been asked a lot this week about the current state of the interim management sector.

Our response has been that Public sector continues to trundle along although we expect rates to be pressurised as cash dries up up the public sector. Private sector is at long last showing some signs of activity but we are comparing this to a very low level for most of this year.

We would anticipate at least another 6 months of relatively poor sector activity but gaining in strength over the period.

Prospective candidates are then interviewed, ranked and validated by us providing the client with an interview short list of two to three interim executives that meet experience and expertise criteria of the assignment brief.

Time Scales;

From assignment brief we aim to place our inreim executives within ten working days.

Support;

Throughout the selection process and subsequent assignment we provide full support for our clients with the provision of a dedicated Client Director.
